2)  A deposit (your lodging plus a $50 materials fee) is due at the time of registration to secure your space in class. 

3)  Full payment is due six weeks prior to the workshop beginning (March 12, 2010) for Early rate; two weeks prior to the workshop beginning (April 9, 2010) for Regular Rate

4)  To pay a deposit or the full fee using PayPal, simply return to this form after pressing the Submit button. 

5)  If you want to make a payment and have already registered, just proceed to the bottom of the page and use the appropriate PayPal button. 

6)  You may also register or pay via regular mail; just follow the instructions at the bottom of this page.

Payment Policy:  Your deposit (your lodging for the full six nights plus a $50 materials fee) is due at the time of registration.  The balance - the Workshop Fee - is due six weeks prior to the workshop beginning (March 12, 2010) for the early rate of $400, two weeks prior to the workshop beginning (April 9, 2010) for the regular rate of $450.     An invoice will be sent to you as a reminder  prior to payment due dates. 

 

Refund Policy:  Please understand that you are making an intentional commitment to us and your self when you register for the Sacred Doula Workshop.  Your deposit covers your lodging for the full six nights plus a $50 materials fee.  We must pay a non-refundable deposit and reserve your room at Breitenbush when you register , even if you cancel.  Plus, you may be preventing another deserving woman from attending.  So, if you cancel for any reason, there is NO REFUND of your deposit.  If you cancel 6 weeks or more before the workshop, your Workshop Fee, minus a $50 processing fee, may be refunded.  If you must cancel less than 6 weeks before the workshop, your Workshop Fee, minus a $50 processing fee, may be refunded if your spot can be filled by another participant on a waitlist.  If your spot cannot be filled, the amount of your Workshop Fee  will be applied to another workshop held by Big Belly Services within the next year.   All refunds will be issued via check or via PayPal.  A $10 administrative fee is deducted from all refunds.

 

Note regarding PayPal payments and refunds:  Big Belly Services offers PayPal as a convenience for its customers.  Big Belly Services absorbs the cost of PayPal fees when payments are made.  However, Big Belly Services adds in the cost of the PayPal fees to all lodging fees since the full fee must be remitted to Breitenbush.  To avoid paying those extra fees, you can pay by check instead of PayPal.  If refunds are requested for a payment made with PayPal, the PayPal fees (approximately 3%) will be deducted from the refund amount. 

 

Cancellation by Big Belly Services Policy:  If fewer than 10 people have registered by March 26, 2010, the workshop may be cancelled and all Deposits and Workshop Fees will be refunded in full (minus any PayPal fees)..
