BIRTHIN' AGAIN REFRESHER  CLASS

 
     This refresher class is a one-day class intended for parents who have already experienced birth and would like a chance to dust off their coping skills, revisit their previous birth experience(s), and connect with other parents who are having more children.  You will identify what worked and what didn't in your past birth(s), and spend a day focusing on this pregnancy.  The class is 7-hours and allows time for parents to connect to this pregnancy alone.

Refresher classes are offered once a quarter.   Class fee is $75 per couple.
