Payment Policy: The workshop fee is due two weeks prior to the workshop beginning. An invoice will be sent to you as a reminder prior to payment due dates.

Refund Policy: If you cancel less than one week before the workshop, your deposit and workshop fees will be forfeited. Registrations may be transferred to another workshop or another person with your written permission. A $10 administrative fee is deducted from all refunds.

Note regarding PayPal payment refunds: Big Belly Services offers PayPal as a convenience for its customers. Big Belly Services absorbs the cost of PayPal fees when payments are made. However, if refunds are requested for a payment made with PayPal, the PayPal fees (approximately 3%) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation by Big Belly Services Policy: If the minimum number of participants have not registered within two weeks of the workshop date, the workshop may be cancelled and all Deposits and Workshop Fees will be refunded in full.
