If I could
have just one goal for the people who come through my classes, it
would be for them to leave excited about the prospect of birth
and parenting. Excited because they feel prepared - with self-trust,
wisdom, inner knowing, coping practices, information, and tools for
coping with any unexpected things that may arise – for their rite of
passage into parenthood. Excited because, regardless of how their
birth unfolds (after all, birth is a mystery), they know
they will birth with confidence and in awareness. Excited because they
have the most marvelous resource at their disposal – their self.
Their intuition has been stimulated and they know that nothing
will provide a better guide in their lives than what exists inside of
them.
