In this class
you will learn about the various types of carriers available on the market
today. Discussions will include the various materials used in
carriers, the costs, the pros and cons of each type, and how to use them.
Come to touch and try on multiple styles of slings and soft
carriers, and ask questions about the carriers you are most interested in.
You can try on carriers with your own baby, or dolls will be
provided.
Leave this class
informed to decide which carrier suits you best.
Carriers are not sold in class but handouts include lists of websites and
local dealers.

Instructor
Katie Pedersen is
a Seattle-area mom and sling-maker. She has been making
slings, and instructing families in baby wearing, for over 2 years.
