VBAC PREPARATION
CLASS
|
| This one-day class is intended for parents who are planning a vaginal
birth after cesarean (VBAC) and would like special attention paid to their
needs. This class will focus on creating a positive mindset for
birthing normally, review what you would like to do differently and/or the
same from your past birth experience(s), build on your coping skills,
discuss how to involve and prepare older siblings for the birth and the new
baby, and connect with other parents who
are sharing a similar experience. You will identify what worked and what
didn't in your past birth(s), and spend a day focusing on this
