Big Belly Services is located
in the Areis Building at 2366 Eastlake Avenue E, Suite
428, in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle.
There are three entrances to
the building: the main entrance off Eastlake Ave, the door from the garage
under the building, and the parking lot in back of the building (accessed
from the alley) has an entry that goes into the second floor. The classroom
is on the fourth floor in Suite 428. There are stairs and an elevator. See
notes about parking below. There are many excellent places to eat
within walking distance. If you arrive late to class (after 7pm) you may
need to call the instructor’s cell phone to be let in as the building is
locked after 7pm.
Parking:
Parking is free on weekends and after 6pm weeknights in
the street level garage under the building and in the parking lot in the
back of the building (off the alley). Street parking is available but
BEWARE that weekdays there is No Parking southbound on Eastlake Avenue E
from 7:00-9:00AM and No Parking northbound on Eastlake Avenue E from
4:00-6:00PM. Cars will be towed!
From I-5
Northbound
Take Lakeview Blvd exit (#168A)
Turn LEFT onto Lakeview Blvd. The road winds a bit to
the left and under I-5. Then stay to the RIGHT.
Turn LEFT at the stop sign onto E Lynn (downhill).
Turn RIGHT onto Eastlake Ave E at the light and go one
block.
The Areis building is at the end of the block on the
right.
From I-5
Southbound:
Take the Boylston Ave/Roanoke exit (#168A)
At the stop sign, take a Right onto E Roanoke
(downhill)
Go Left onto Eastlake Ave E and continue for one block.
The Areis building is at the corner of the next block
on the left.
From
the Eastside:
Head west on SR-520.
After crossing Lake Washington, at the end of the
HWY-520 bridge, stay in the right hand lane.
Take the Vancouver/Roanoke St Exit. Stay to the right
as you exit and follow the signs for Roanoke Street.
At the end of the exit ramp, make a left turn at the
traffic light onto E Roanoke St. Go to the second light.
Turn Left onto Eastlake Ave E and continue for one
block.
The Areis building is at the corner of the next block
on the left.
From
I-90:
Head west on I-90.
Take the I-5 northbound exit.
Follow the directions from I-5 North above.
Bus service:
There is good bus service to the area.
Route #25 and 66 have stops within a couple blocks of
the building. Routes #70, 71, 72, and 73 stop right in front.
